All watches purchased from Lareani are backed by a 5-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty guarantees that your watch is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

What is Covered:

• Watch Movement: Defects in the watch's movement.
• Watch Hands: Issues with the hands of the watch.
• Dial Functionality: Problems with the dial's functionality.

What is Not Covered:

• Normal Wear and Tear: General wear over time.
• Damage from Misuse: Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal aging.
• Water Damage: Unless the watch is specifically marked as water-resistant.
• Battery Life: The lifespan of the battery.
• Strap, Bracelet, Case, or Glass Wear: Wear and tear of these components.

Warranty Service:

• Claims: If your watch requires service within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs.
• Process: We will review your claim and provide instructions for sending your watch back for evaluation. If the issue is covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge.
