International Shipping & Customs

Orders delivered to international destinations are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means import duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront during checkout — so you won’t face unexpected costs when your order arrives.

You are responsible for complying with any local regulations. While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, customs delays may occur. For country-specific customs information, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Address Changes & Tracking

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed as we begin processing immediately. You'll receive a Track & Trace code by email to monitor your shipment. Please note that tracking updates may take until the next working day to appear.

Non-Delivered Orders
